I am really under pressure at the moment with issues/decisions going on that I can’t discuss with the staff.  Jackie is being really supportive, proactive and professional at all times.  If she sees a colleague struggling she just goes over to them and offers to help.  Whilst doing this she is dedicated to keep her own work up to date.  She is really reliable in the sense if I give her a task to complete, she not only does it but she does it right first time and always on time.  

I can tell her things in confidence and I know that she will not spill the beans but offer me valued advice and support.  With me rushing round at 100 miles per hour she gives me the heads up to keep me on track.  She has a laugh with the girls but her productivity is probably one of the best out of all my team.  Her accuracy is 100% and she highlights any issues she picks up rather than just brushing them under the carpet until they hit the fan.

Jackie takes a proactive approach to issues and a valued member of the team.  

I just can’t thank you enough for giving me such a brilliant temp.
