Our extensive database gives us access to a wide range of candidates seeking permanent and temporary employment. We will always take a detailed job description and visit your office premises to ensure that we not only have a full understanding of the job specification but also identify which candidate would fit into your company culture.

TEMPORARY STAFF
We promise you a 30-minute response time as we understand the urgency of your request. There will be NO CHARGE should the temp prove to be unsuitable within the first day. (Refer to Terms of Business)

PERMANENT STAFF
Our commitment is to search our recruitment database, contact suitable candidates and send CVs to you within 3 working hours. We will submit the top three candidates who meet with your requirements. Midas will ensure that the candidate is fully briefed, aware of your location and has a full understanding of the vacancy.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU
All of our candidates are interviewed by a trained professional. We test copy and audio typing skills and data entry input.

If required we have the facility to test spelling, numeric and filing skills. For every temporary worker we obtain two references and upon request we will endeavour to do this for permanent staff.

If you require, for confidential interviews, we have the facility for you to do this on-site, at your convenience.
