Digital Marketing Manager

Our Client, a UK owned and based beauty Company who are an award winning, cruelty free brand who have been established since the 1980`s are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is an enthusiastic and conscientious “online expert” to implement an E-Commerce and Digital Marketing strategy within the growing business, specifically to drive E-commerce sales through the website and E-Retailer channels BTC, building brand awareness.

Duties for the Digital Marketing Manager include:

  • Develop brand strategy with clear KPI’s to drive ambitious E-commerce revenue through the website and Amazon in the UK & USA
  • Ensure all E-commerce activities meet commercial targets – P&L responsibility for this channel, budget management, profitable ROI
  • Create and execute a revenue-generating digital marketing calendar, supporting brand marketing and promotional plans to ensure maximum brand exposure and sales
  • Within the digital marketing strategy, create compelling end to end campaigns including new product launches, ensuring consistency in execution across SEM, SSM, PPC, SEO, content and influencer outreach
  • Continuous optimisation of audiences and targeting strategy to maximise ROI of spend
  • Create and execute compelling CRM strategy
  • Maintain relevant, up to date and clean databases of customers and implementing effective email marketing campaigns
  • Further develop the online offering, through initiatives like Subscriptions and loyalty schemes whilst combining data analytics and marketing know-how to design briefs for digital assets and content, including photography and videos, in line with strategy and budgets
  • Monitoring website comments and engaging with customers to improve customer experience
  • Accumulate product reviews across all E-Commerce channels
  • Responsibility for forecasting and stock management to support demand from E-Commerce channels, working closely with finance and logistics
  • Weekly/ monthly reporting to key stakeholders on sales performance and KPI’s

The successful candidate for the role of Digital Marketing Manager will have:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in E-Commerce with proven online sales success
  • Excellent understanding of online channels – from retailers to social platforms
  • Proven Amazon account management experience
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to manage budgets and deliver strong ROI
  • Fantastic technologically ability
  • Ability work within a fast dynamic team and lead a small team

In return the Product Manager will receive a basic salary of £40,000 – £60,000 depending on experience with a fantastic benefits package which includes free company products and haircuts along with friends and family discounts. Working 37 ½ hours a week, Monday – Friday 9:00am till 5:30pm. This is a home-based role with occasional meetings which will be held at an agreed location.
