Part Time Governors Clerk

Our client, Providing full support to members of the Senior Management team including Commercial Director and team, Group IT Director, Head of People Change and Retail Operations Director.

As the PA you will be responsible for:

  • Diary management of multiple schedules
  • Email monitoring, handling of commercially sensitive information
  • Liaising with customers/industry bodies
  • Answering and filtering calls
  • Organising meetings and appointments
  • Booking travel to include flights, trains, hotels and car hire via the travel portal
  • Booking chauffeur travel
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing filing systems
  • Collating personal expenses
  • Managing the travel portal account and holding quarterly meetings to discuss travel plans and to resolve any problems
  • Coordinating monthly board meetings on site
  • Dealing with all catering and lunches where required
  • Booking events
  • Managing Directors company cars and ensuring services and maintenance are all up to date
  • Overseeing building facilities management to include all maintenance issues resolved

The successful candidate for the role of PA will have:

  • A full drivers’ licence
  • Flexibility – emergency contact may be needed on occasion out of hours
  • Previous experience within a Senior Administration role

25 – 35 hours per week, term time – PLEASE NOTE: These hours require flexibility and will encompass attending Governors meeting outside of school hours as well as working from the head office as required and homes working on a part time basis.

£13.03 – £15.36 per hour

£14,000 – £17,000pa
