Trainee Educational Consultant
Working for a Sutton Coldfield based education recruitment agency specialising in placing teaching and associated staff into the Nursery, SEND, Primary & Secondary sectors.
This is a trainee position, suitable for graduates and candidates looking to start their career within Recruitment. The starting salary for the role is £18,000pa with OTE on top.
Duties for the Trainee Recruitment Consultant;
⦁ Sourcing and managing candidates for educational roles (Nursery) with the purpose of being placed in the position
⦁ Collating high level of security clearance, generally DBS checks
⦁ Large telephone work, screening candidates and calling through an existing warm and cold candidate base
⦁ Sourcing candidates for freelance job opportunities and coordinating paperwork
⦁ Generating sales opportunities and referrals from existing candidates
⦁ Pre-screening candidates skills and suitability for job roles
⦁ Advertising job adverts via multiple external job boards
⦁ Customer and candidate care
⦁ Proactive recruitment of candidates for forthcoming positions
⦁ Ensuring candidate’s packs are compliant with policies and procedures
Experience Required for the Trainee Recruitment Consultant;
⦁ Previous experience working within a telephone-based role
⦁ Experience working in a fast paced and targeted sales focused environment
⦁ The desire to pursue a career within recruitment
⦁ Strong administration experience
