A Center Parcs and Woolacombe Bay enthusiast who deserves healthy shares in both companies, Rebekah finally realised her dream of staying in the Center Parcs Treehouse, a dream we’ve known about since her journey with Midas Recruitment started in 2012.
Her knowledge of either destination is almost as vast as her knowledge of the ever-changing candidate marketplace. Working hand-in-hand with Karla, she excels when identifying and attracting top-notch, high-calibre candidates for our commercial positions and thrives when building rapport with candidates and understanding what they want from their next role, which has led to plenty of successful placements and delighted candidates.

Recruitment can sometimes be difficult, but it’s made 100 times better with Laura around! The provider of endless laughs (that we can’t mention here!) and the one that makes the most cuppas, by far – we don’t know where we would be without her.
Part of Midas since 2014, she has held many roles at Midas Recruitment from a Receptionist, to a Resourcer, and into her current role as Temps Manager. Always going the extra mile and able to spin many plates, Laura has built a successful temporary desk which is bursting with qualified and experienced candidates that she can call upon at any time and is renowned for her approach and ability to quickly deliver.
Search ‘Crazy Cat Lady’ and Ellis will appear. Frightened of almost everything with a clothes buying problem, and a creative edge that gives her false DIY hope, Ellis wasn’t able to stay away from recruitment for too long!
She was called back to the industry when she joined Midas Recruitment in 2023, after a stint in HR, and enjoys the fast-pace and variety that recruitment has to offer. Ellis was bought in as Operations Manager to keep our administration and compliance in check, and unleashes her creative flair across our marketing activity and social media, whilst also keeping a close eye on our website and keeping it up to date with our latest job offerings.
A lover of badminton and a recent paddleboarder, Sandra enjoys keeping fit, but isn’t opposed to a glass or two of fizz!
The go-to for anything accounts related, Sandra has 20 years’ experience in the finance world and became part of our journey in 2010. A pivotal member of the team, Sandra oversees our accounts department, ensuring it runs smoothly, all regulations are adhered to, and invoices paid. Most importantly, she’s there to make sure our salaries and the salaries of our temps are paid on time!

A tail wagging extraordinaire who would do anything for a treat (apart from sit nicely for a photo!).
Lola is easily the office favourite, and can be counted on to join the team for lunch and mop up any spillages when she’s not out socialising with her other doggy pals, jumping in puddles and getting her white bits dirty.
When not speaking to finance professionals, Tony can be found enjoying long walks through Sutton Park with his wife, keeping fit by running or spending time in his new position of Grandad.
Starting his early career in finance roles, he moved into recruitment over 25 years ago and has never looked back. Honing his experience with a global recruitment agency before making the move to Midas Recruitment in 2022, Tony takes a consultative approach, is committed to helping clients identify and secure exceptional senior talent, and has a reputation for providing a bespoke approach to each and every search.
